Mindful Living Alliance (MLA) is a non-profit organization for people who are interested in Buddhism, Vipassana (insight or mindfulness) meditation, and the application of these practices in their daily lives. We hope to find true happiness through the original teachings of the Buddha.

Our grounds are open to Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. MLA offers free meditation instructions, beginners’ classes, and readings from the Suttas for discussion. Please explore our site to learn more about our community, classes, events, downloads, and how to join/support MLA.
