Mindful Living Alliance (MLA) is a non-profit organization for people who are interested in seeking true happiness through the practice of meditation.

Our grounds and all events are open to you and everyone without any discrimination and regardless of one’s religion, gender, ethnicity,... MLA offers free meditation instructions, meditation retreats, beginners’ classes, and book studies.
